AFHC is excited to welcome its advanced athletes back for indoor play. All high school students are eligible to enroll but should expect to be playing at the junior varsity or varsity level.

Like many activities, our advanced Winter Camp will be looking a little different this year. In compliance with COVID-19 safety restrictions, camps will be capped at 50 athletes. As of right now, all athletes will be required to wear a face mask at all times. 

Where:

South Suburban Sports Dome 

6959 S Peoria St, Centennial, CO 80112

When:

Camp will begin on Tuesday, January 19th and will run every subsequent Tuesday and Thursday through February 25th. 

Camp times are 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow for COVID screening and check-in. 

Players will need the following equipment:

  • face mask to cover nose and mouth
  • stick (available to borrow)
  • mouth guards (available to purchase $1)
  • shinguards 
  • athletic shoes (non-cleat)

Winter Camp Registration Open for Beginner and Intermediate Players!

It's the most wonderful time of the year -- hockey season!

AFHC is excited to welcome its Beginner and Intermediate Athletes back for indoor play.

Like many activities, Winter Camp will be looking a little different this year. In compliance with COVID-19 safety restrictions, camps will be capped at 25 and 25 players respectively. All athletes will be required to wear a face mask at all times. 

Coaching regulations also require AFHC to limit play to 6th through 9th graders. No athletes who have previously played on a high school team will be accepted. High school athletes can look for information about a separate winter camp, pending field availability. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Parker Field House.

When:

Camp will begin on Sunday, January 10th and will run every subsequent Sunday through February 7th.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow for COVID screening and check-in. 

Ability levels and play times:

  • 8:30 am - 9:30 am: Beginner Players 
  • 8:30 am - 10:00 am: Intermediate Players 

Players will need the following equipment:

  • face mask to cover nose and mouth
  • stick (available to borrow)
  • mouth guards (available to purchase $1)
  • shinguards (soccer ones are fine for beginners)
  • athletic shoes (non-cleat)
